Ally joined our team in 2023 and currently works with our team as a Law Clerk. Ally is completing her studies with a Bachelor of Laws at Bond University on the Gold Coast. In early 2024 she will be completing her Graduate Diploma of Legal Studies and will complete her practical legal training with us at the firm.
In her current role as a Law Clerk, Ally works closely with all our Solicitors, actively assisting in legal research tasks and providing administrative support, all the while showcasing her positive attitude and dedication. You might even see Ally at the courthouse assisting at mentions and adjournments, or speak to her on the phone as part of your legal team.
Ally’s longstanding aspiration to become a lawyer is a goal she has aspired to since her primary school years. She realised her passion for criminal law, which was solidified completing work experience with our firm. This realisation stemmed from her desire to help advocate for clients, offering support during challenging and stressful periods of their lives.
On the weekends, when she is not studying you can find her at the beach or at the park with her beloved puppy Humphrey.
About Tanya
Tanya is the Accounts Manager of the firm.
Tanya has worked in the practice since commencement in 2009. Tanya is responsible for the day to day running of the Trust Account, and the general management of the administration and systems of the business.
About Tara
Tara is the Personal Assistant of the firm.
Tara is a valued and respected member of our team at Brooke Winter Solicitors.
Tara brings an extensive skill set of practice and procedure to the office environment. Tara will quite often be our client’s first point of contact and is able to assist and guide them with their enquiries.
Tara has great experience in file management and specifically in providing a professional and compassionate service to our clients.
