Lydia Tanios is a Solicitor at Brooke Winter Solicitors
Lydia completed a Bachelor of Business majoring in Marketing at Western Sydney University, Bachelor of Law at Southern Cross University before going on to complete her Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice with University of Technology Sydney. She was later admitted as a lawyer in the Supreme Court of New South Wales.
Before becoming a solicitor, Lydia owned and managed a leading women’s fitness centre, Fernwood Fitness, achieving her certification as a Personal Trainer and Kick Boxing instructor. Making the decision to leave the fitness industry and pursue a career within the Law, she worked within the Criminal, family, Civil, Commercial, and Wills & Estates Litigation areas of law in firms Sydney.
Lydia is an accredited Domestic and Family Violence Lawyer. She can be found providing these services assisting client on a weekly basis at
various Magistrates Courts.
Lydia is highly devoted to supporting all her clients by providing personalized legal advice and results that places them in the best possible
position upon finalising their matter. She works with each client with the understanding each matter and client is unique and requires her respect, care and attention. Her passion is to ensure that she achieves the best possible result for each and every client, as she fights your legal battle in the Criminal, Traffic and Domestic Violence arena.
Lydia has experience appearing before Magistrates and District Courts in a number of jurisdictions including New South Wales and Queensland.
