Victoria has completed her degree of Bachelor of Laws with Honours at Griffith University in 2013 before completing her Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice with Queensland University of Technology in 2014. She received acknowledgment for excellence in studies from the university for her achievements whilst studying her Graduate Diploma. She was admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia in 2014.
Victoria has practiced as a solicitor in a boutique criminal and family law practice on the Gold Coast for the past 3 years. During that time she has established extensive knowledge in all areas of criminal law, domestic violence, child protection and family law. She has a passion for criminal law and uses advocacy skills to achieve the best outcomes for her client.
You will see Victoria appearing in all courts for Family matters, criminal charges, traffic infringements (including drink driving and Unlicenced Driving) and Domestic Violence matters. She is our regional court expert and travels extensively to courts in Country Queensland and New South Wales. Victoria regularly appears in Cairns, Townsville, Mackay, Rockhampton, Bundaberg, Warwick, Mt Isa and many other locations. She is able to accurately and effectively advise clients on Police investigations and provide you with support, assistance and representation during these stressful times.
